2022: Capay Valley Health & Community Center
This long dreamed of health and community center in the heart of the Esparto-Capay Valley brings much needed health care facilities to our rural population. This region has long struggled with inadequate and inconsistent healthcare services. For over 25 years, community meetings identified a health clinic as a vital community need and in 2023 this building opened to the public – an incredible local partnership and important new resource for the community.
One Thriving Yolo Grant is given in November of each year. Contact us to provide information about your project and we will be in touch to discuss grant details.
